When he was constipated the two best things that worked was brown sugar and water and or prune juice, in combination with a glycerin suppository. I think the reason the supository worked so well is, when they are constipated for that long there is usually a blockage at the lower end of things... so it you treat both your bound to have results and glyverin is both cheap and safe. Then afterward I would stay away from rice, bananas and cheese as they are all very costipating and then try adding more fiber to his diet any way you can slip it in to his food routine.
